Fine&Candy is a luxury stationary brand founded in Porto – Portugal. All the products presented by the brand are unique and totally elaborated by hand, through an original design and using manual and traditional techniques. Special attention given to the quality of materials, the design, finishes and the color selection, which gives each piece a unique personality Fine&Candy.

Are the notebooks all in real leather?
We offer products made from different materials, from genuine leather, synthetic leather, real fur, synthetic fur, paper and different fabrics… In case you have any question, please consult the details and information of each product.
Your pencils are colored?
No, our pencils are in graphite HB2.

How to shop:
How can I place an order?
To place an order at www.fineandcandy.com you must have a valid e-mail account (Be over 18 years old or parental authorization to shop with us).
You should then add all the products you want to purchase to the shopping cart, following all the steps of the purchase indicated so that it is completed successfully.
I have forgotten my password: what should I do?
Simply, you must recover your Fine&Candy account password. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
Can I place an order over by Phone, Email or Social Media?
We have to say Yes, but it will be messy for our stocks. And you must always send the proof of payment by e-mail so that your order is valid. We accept orders placed through a website in the event of a stock break. If possible, place your order online to make it easier to receive all changes to the status of your order. If you have any questions our team will help you by phone (+351 220 131 949).
Can I book a product online?
Ohhh no! This it will be messy for our stocks, so we don’t make product reservations online.

What currency do you charge in?
The prices of the products are all quoted in Euros (€). And they include 23% Value Added Tax (VAT). The total VAT payable will be indicated on the invoice to be sent to the customer.

Personalization:
What are the personalized products?
Most of our products are personalized with name, initials and/or icons.
All products that can be personalized are properly identified in our online store. Just let your imagination roam and enter the personalization form of each product you want and make it your own. The personalized price is calculated as you fill the customization form and it varies depending on your choices.
Notebooks:
Personalization on notebooks is centered at the bottom, lined up with the Fine&Candy logo. Available personalization colors appear on each personalization product page. We predominantly emboss in Gold, Silver or Blind – Embossed with No Colour.
Small Leather Goods:
Personalization in leather goods can be max. of 3 characters. Available personalization colors appear on each personalization product page. We predominantly emboss in Gold, Silver or Blind – Embossed with No Colour.
Pencils:
The personalization it’s made in pencils and not in the packaging. The personalization in pencils is made by laser and is the same in all pencils.
Note: The personalization color may vary substantially due to the color of the pencil wood.
Notebooks and Pencils, we recommend that you don’t personalized more than 17 characters.
How long does personalization take?
Personalized products take at least another 15 business days. We will produce the product exclusively for you.
Can I change the color of the personalization?
The colors available for personalization are only Gold, Silver or Embossed.
I have a mistake in my personalization and now?
If you have made a mistake in personalization you should contact us as soon as possible geral@fineandcandy.com.
If the product is already in production, it is no longer possible to make any changes.
We make no exchanges or refunds in personalized products.

Yes, we produced exclusive products for Corporate, Business and Events.

To ensure optimum protection, always store your products and keep it away from damp, heat and direct sunlight.
